Sport boats with a length between 2.50 and 24 m which were importet into the EU after June 16th 1998 needs to examined afterwards to meet the EU Guidelines.
With that the different national regulations of the single contries EU members ar harmonized. Therefore all vehicles must be tested in all tree examining areas.
